We supply support and care staff who assist in SEN schools. While they are not teachers, they play a vital role in providing care, supervision, 1-to-1 support, and assistance with personal and behavioural needs.
What areas do you cover?
We provide staffing solutions for SEN schools across Yorkshire.
If your school is outside of Yorkshire areas, get in touch, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Do you only work with SEN schools?
We are able to provide support staff for SEN schools, and other schools who may require our services. If you’re not a SEN school, but require our services, please feel free to get in touch!

How quickly can you provide staff?
We can often provide same-day cover for urgent requests, depending on availability. For planned absences or ongoing support, we recommend booking in advance to secure the best match for your needs.
Can we request the same support staff again?
Yes! If a staff member has worked well at your school, we will do our best to assign them to you again for consistency.
Are all your staff DBS-checked?
Yes, all of our staff undergo Enhanced DBS check, with both barred lists, and a thorough vetting process before being placed in any school.
Can we book staff for long-term placements?
Absolutely. We offer block bookings for weeks, terms, or even full academic years, ensuring your students receive consistent and reliable support.
Emergency & Last-Minute Cover
What if we need last-minute cover?
We offer emergency staffing solutions for unexpected absences. Simply contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work quickly to find you the right support staff.
How does the last-minute cover process work?
1. Contact us as soon as you know you need cover.
2. We check our available staff and match the best fit to your school’s needs.
3. Your assigned support worker arrives ready to assist, ensuring minimal disruption to your school day.
What happens if a staff member is unavailable on short notice?
If a staff member is unable to attend, we will do everything possible to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
In the event of us not being able to find cover, we promise to let you know as soon as possible to ensure you can explore other options.
Pricing & Contracts
How much does it cost to hire support staff?
Whether it’s last-minute cover or block bookings, we charge the same affordable rates. Get in touch with us to discuss your specific needs, and we’ll provide a clear, competitive charge rate.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, we believe in transparent pricing. Simply pay for staff when you need them, with no hidden charges.
Do we need to sign a contract?
You will only need to agree to our terms and conditions when requesting your shifts. Apart from this, there are no contracts tying you down to long term commitments.
The Application & Booking Process
How do we request staff?
You can easily request staff by:
Filling out our Request a Shift form
Calling us directly (available from 7.30am – 7.30pm, 7 days a week)
How do you match staff to our school?
We take into account:
1. The specific needs of your students
2. The experience and skills of our available staff
3. Whether you need 1-to-1 support or general assistance
4. The urgency of the request
Can we meet the staff before they start?
For long-term placements, we can arrange an introduction before the staff member starts. However, for short-notice and emergency cover, this may not always be possible.
What happens if we are not happy with a staff member?
If for any reason a staff member is not the right fit, let us know, and we will arrange a suitable replacement as soon as possible.
