We can often provide same-day cover for last-minute requests, depending on availability. For planned absences or ongoing support, we recommend booking in advance to secure the best match for your needs.
What types of staff do you provide?
We supply experienced care and support staff who assist with classroom support, 1-to-1 care, personal assistance, and general supervision. While our staff are not teachers, they play a vital role in ensuring students receive the care and attention they need.
Can we request the same staff member again?
Yes! If you’ve had a support worker who fits well within your school, we’ll do our best to arrange for them to return whenever possible.
Do you cover last-minute absences?
Yes, we offer last-minute cover for unexpected absences and emergency staffing needs. Simply contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work quickly to provide support.
What areas do you cover?
We provide SEN support staff across West Yorkshire, including areas such as Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, and Huddersfield.
Are all your SEN agency staff DBS-checked?
Absolutely. All of our staff undergo Enhanced DBS checks, with checks of both the adult and children barred list.
